This is close to # 1 to me. The staff here is awesome. However I extend a lot, housekeepers if checkout is at 11 or 12. Don't knock the door at 730 or 6 am. Other than that this is the best spot in Billings for the cost still being fairly low. And it is located next to a few places ie " store, McDonald's, burger King, 4 B's, ". This is serious if you are in Billings Montana do not I repeat do not wait until after 9 pm to go get a bite to eat 😳😳😒. You might end up starving to death lol

We got in very late on a long road trip, the night manager and staff were fabulous. Even offered to leave breakfast out if we planned to head out before it started. Anything we asked for we got. The room was great for a family of five. Great value, friendly people, clean room.

I went to the Comfort after having a terrible customer service experience at another hotel in Billings. I was treated like family when I walked in and was made to feel comfortable in the hotel.

excellent. I love comfort in. bed is so comfy. I am ordering the same bedding for my home! also very cleanly and nice without being very expensive. great value for price.

The staff is always friendly, especially to our kids. the hot tub and pool are always a great temp and we enjoy staying here.
